As Nigella says, this recipe makes a lot; most of it is cabbage, and I'd be inclined to cut down a bit on that in favour of a wider variety of vegetables - radishes would be good, as would blanched courgettes.
The dressing gives quite a kick. I included the oil but next time would probably cut it down to 1 tbsp only, and might also use a little less sugar.
