The veggie bed (leeks and cherry tomatoes in a light blend of EVOO and lemon juice/zest with a bit of fresh thyme) is delicious. So the 3 rating is really for the cod which is a pretty meaty fish but without much flavor. Also, mine was probably over-cooked by a minute or two so the texture of the fish was a little tougher than I'd have liked. Might be worth a 2nd try but with a type of fish I like better.
