Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

This is an easy recipe (good), it prepares 3 loaves (good), but was somewhat unremarkable. The color was right, it wasn't too sweet, but needed more punch. I liked that the spicing called for lots of nutmeg, but it seemed to be missing something. Maybe I should have added some candied ginger?

Note of curiosity - two of my bread pans are old school metal pans, and I greased these with coconut oil. The third pan was a fairly new teflon. Guess which pan didn't release the bread? Yea, the teflon.
