ok, for us brits muffins are sweet like cakes all the time and these arnt. This however i was expecting after reading the recipe and as far as i can tell they should be treated like we treat a scone. warm from the oven with butter these were delicious, and im going to be eating these over the next few days with jam, cream , butter and whatever else i can get my hands on. theyre like a softer mini loaf of bread. lush! im also hankering towards adding apple next time as i think the added flavour a...
