The chicken was delicious as was the gravy but we didn't like the stuffing at all. I was missing sage but the stuffing tasted sweet to us. We couldn't figure out why since it was just bread crumbs, butter, parsley and thyme. I made this as part of my Dad's 84th birthday celebration.
