I made this one Sunday so I could reheat it tonight for our supper. Great to come home to a supper after work that I only had to heat up. I made a half recipe of this one to serve 4. I send a bowl home with my son in law last night along with a bowl of Korean soup with my daughter.

This stew had very few ingredients but was really good. The Brown Soda Bread was great for sopping up the juices.
