Have you ever made something so good you can't believe it was you that made it?
This soup was that meal for me. Just wonderful Italian flavors (pancetta, cabbage, onions, carrots, garlic, and rosemary) coming together in a really healthy and delicious way. I followed the recipe exactly as written except that I skipped the finishing bit of chopped rosemary as my husband doesn't love rosemary.
