We fell in love with Korean food when we were in California. When we returned to NC we missed it and I have been promising to try my hand at making some recipes at home. I finally got around to doing just that for hubbys birthday. This mixed rice bowl was delicious. I made spinach, carrots, mushrooms and fresh grated cucumber for the toppings. I also made the seasoned chile paste to go with. Daughter and I had an over easy egg on top of ours.
