I made this Fritto Misto as part of a Mezze platter. I fried mini peppers and zucchini. They were both delicious. I really liked the spiciness the batter added and they were excellent served with Piment d’Espellete Aoili (p 333). I loved all the detailed steps on how to fry each type of vegetable individually and how to keep this warm.
Excellent and simple recipe.
