These are addictive! Crispy outside, soft and tender inside these have a nice flavor and go with many different things. I have had them alongside soup or salad and you can easily play with the flavors. The recipe calls for cumin which I was pretty generous with, but would also be great with cayenne, rosemary, or good dose of black pepper.
Mine didn't keep their crunch very long but I think I could crisp them up in the oven. Loved the sumac sprinkled on top.
