Ingredients:
- 8 oz bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate
- 8 oz heavy cream
- 1/8 t salt
Notes: bring cream to boil, pour over chopped chocolate and add salt, let sit ten minutes then whisk. Use as is for glaze or chill and whisk for frosting
