I made these for a group of 12 - everyone loved them. Just a mild blue cheese flavor. A nice light appetizer compared with what most appetizers seem to be. I used low-fat cream cheese and no way could you tell. I did add a pinch of cayenne and a pinch of garlic powder to spice it up a bit. I made in cucumber cups instead of the recommended slices. Next time I may try the slices and the cups seemed to be too big.
