Had a surplus of eggplants in the fridge, so tried this recipe to use up one of them. Mine was small, but only about 2/3 the size asked, so I cut back the recipe accordingly. Used substantially less yogurt than asked, though. I think the key is to add enough to get the mush to a spreadable state. I liked this a lot; DH not so much.
