A change of pace as Asian sides go thanks to the use of Orzo -- flavors are good although other family members liked it better than I did. I think I would have like a bit more of a punch to it. Recipe makes a large amount, plenty for a 4-6 side servings with enough left over for a light lunch for two the next day.
