The editing of this recipe has gone terribly awry. My best guesses at repairing (and how I've prepared this with quite good results):

In the first group of ingredients, ignore the minced ginger and dried red chilies.
In the first paragraph of instructions, add the cumin seeds, turmeric, coriander, and red pepper powder, skipping the ginger and red&green chilies.
