Quick and easy Asian noodle dish served at room temperature. Not a low calorie option given the amount of oil, peanut butter and sugar involved but it's a whole lotta flavor on a plate.
Served with some green beans sauteed in a combo of peanut oil and Asian sesame oil with some black sesame seeds sprinkled on before serving.
