A great weeknight dinner. 13-daughter put these together - they were moist, flavorful, and truly quick. Moistness comes from an addition of ricotta, and the flavor is enhanced by Worchestershire and dijon mustard.

We cooked these in the frying pan - not on the grill. And we used the instant read thermometer to cook them until just done. I think this helped the burgers to stay moist.
