Flavour and texture were great. Unfortunately, the batter overflowed the prescribed 11x7" pan, and took almost 3x as long to bake as suggested. I would recommend using a 9x13" pan to help both problems. Also, the recipe recommends pouring the batter over the apples in the pan instead of folding them in.
