This is a wonderful cake - with orange juice, orange peel and orange juice concentrate, it is wonderfully fresh tasting. They recommend orange frosting but I often put the chocolate ganache on it (pg 314). And if you want a really special cake - check out pages 90-91 to use this cake to make Cassata - really delicious.
