This was a delicious corn chowder. My husband even raved about it. Even though there was a few raw green onions and bacon on the top of the bowl in the picture, the author didn't mention garnishing your bowl with it. I did and it just sent the chowder to another level. I will be making this one again. I used frozen corn, but know it would be even better with some fresh from the cob..... next summer, for sure.
