Who'd have known that simply adding mayo, ketchup and black pepper would make such a tasty sauce for chicken fingers. This is great with the chicken planks on page 27. Since it was only hubby and I tonight I only made 1/2 recipe but when the whole family is eating I know I'll be making a whole recipe.
