I made a double batch of these today since I needed something to take to a bake sale tomorrow at work. That way I had half for my family and the other half to take to work. I omitted the nuts since we have quiet a few people at work who either can't eat nuts for health reasons or are allergic to them. These were delicious. Love the apple flavor in every bite.
