If you like pickled onions, this is a good recipe. I used only 1tbl sugar, since we tend not to like these things too sweet. Having used almost all the onions, I'll slice up some more onions tomorrow to add to the pickling juice.
Surprisingly good on Radish Salad with Pickled Onions and Feta Cheese.
