This is a great cold weather meal. It's pretty quick to put together. Takes about an hour in a pot on top of the stove or you can put it in your slow cooker and it'll be ready when you are. The author says you can make this stew your own and that's what I did. Instead of potatoes I used 2 cups frozen corn. I did add several spoonfuls of
instant potato flakes near the end to help thicken it up a bit as the author suggests. I love the taste the spicy V8 gives this stew. I'll be making this one aga...
