These were a favorite on the Christmas Cookie platter. I mixed mine by hand easily and stuffed some with peanut butter filling. I was pleased with how well coated (w/ powdered sugar) these stayed, giving them a really nice snowy/crinkle look. They needed about 11-12 minutes in the oven and were perfect chewy/crisp.
