Brazilian Cheesy Bread

I have never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse but apparently these are often served with the meal - which makes me entertain the idea of going to a Brazilian steakhouse... These are joyful little popover-like breads that are dangerously easy to throw together. They're light, just cheesy enough, and went great not only with pot roast, but also with chili the next day. I even had one with raspberry jalapeno jam for a snack.
