This is a simple, delicious loaf of bread. I subbed more barley flour for the rye (or wheat) and was short on milk so I threw in some thinned yogurt. Slightly sweet with a nice even crumb and a crunch here and there from the rice, this makes a perfect sandwich bread. I did not add herbs or spices as I wanted a blank slate for pb and j, french toast etc.
