This was the winner of the meatloaf throwdown. It was good but we like our usual meatloaf much better. Not many ingredients in this one and we like a bit more flavor in ours. I thought it was better cold on sandwiches the next few days. Made a nice change in my lunch box for work. I hope to try Bobby's version as well.
