Pretty good, even if extremely rich - one-sixth of the casserole is 450 calories and 25g fat - was able to make this twice out of the ingredients I bought for it. First two times I served with a baked acorn squash quarter, the third time I can't remember, but the second casserole we made it into 4 servings and it was almost too hard to eat. Worth making again, just make sure you take your statin to combat all the cholesterol.
