About me: My name is Shannon Buck, and I am the owner of the Frugal Recipes blog. I am a freelance writer as well, working from my small town home. I enjoy writing about food, and am attempting to help my readers to eat healthier on a budget. Recently, I had the opportunity to begin a food column on Experts123. It is called the Frugal Food column, and is a joy to write. eCookBooks are my newest creation, which I sell from my storefront on LuLu.com. The proceeds from these, which are not a lot, are going toward bettering the Frugal Recipes blog. I want to add video and audio features, and I would like to have the funds to offer the eCookBooks in more digital formats. I would also like to offer these eBooks to low-income families for free as well, which I can do once I have certain things under way.
