About me: I'm a very busy 50-something who regularly cooks for 2 people. I like easy recipes with lots of flavor. I tend towards pasta dishes. I have discovered that infused oils and unusual spices can both help and destroy a favorite dish. I love to experiment. I'm trying to cook healthier dishes. I must admit that I watch lots of cooking shows and have learned many things that I now use in my kitchen. I don't like to use lots of appliances. I recently got a food processor because I found so many recipes that called for one but still don't use it enough. I still use many of my mother's recipes from the 1950s.
