When you're looking at the main recipe page, you should be able to click the little 'edit' button to the right of the picture (nice photo, by the way) and change the title there. I've fixed the error also.

Holiday Challenge 2011: The Pie and Pastry Bible
It is a great book, and I'm so glad it has been a good challenge for you, QS, as well as everyone else. I'm going to tally everything up today if I can for the winners list.

Question for bread bakers ...
I'd also vote for Reinhardt's book too. If you would like to become an all-round bread baker, it's the best book I know of, whereas the other book is a bit more limited in scope. I decided to focus on baking more bread a few years ago…

Kitchen Disasters
Good idea for a topic! I remember making a graham cracker crust for a cheescake back before I had a lot of baking experience. I read the directions, which were for something like 20 crackers and a good-sized piece of butter, mixed it all up and then…

Culinary opportunities in the Berlin area?
Don't forget to look at the Bookstore page, as there are least two Berlin bookstores listed. Also Valentina's Kochbuch (http://www.valentinas-kochbuch.de/) is a great German cookbook website and with Google Translate you should be able to …

Making Fresh Pasta
I bought a stand-alone pasta maker last year when I saw one on sale at a local store for something like $12, reduced from $30. It wasn't great - it was uneven when it rolled out the sheets of dough, and then it broke after only being used a hal…

It has been awfully nice, especially compared to cold, rainy BC. We are at Tampa Bay now and I'm heading out today in pursuit of a good Cuban sandwich. Food is never far from my mind!

Pie, yes! I'm thinking The Pie and Pastry Bible by Rose Levy Beranbaum, as discussed earlier. It is a true classic. I'm on holiday this week and away from my main computer, so I may not be able to finish up with the current challenge until…

New Features for Recipes
Sorry for the delay replying to this (over a week, I must be getting distracted!). I can definitely look into this, @sturlington. Perhaps something related to the recipe folder, which I do plan on overhauling as soon as I get a little more time. Or …

How do you start a cookbook club?
If anyone does it, please share how it went and how you organized it. Perhaps we can put a guide together for other people if it ends up differing much from the one linked above.

How do you start a cookbook club?
I found this guide on a book-club website. Not that you have to follow it slavishly, but it does give advice on setting up and running a cookbook book club. And we'd be delighted if everyone reviewed the recipes on Cookbooker after your meeting…

You're welcome! I've fixed the member display now. I may add more advanced sorting to it, but it's a bit of a drain on the server as it's currently designed. It works with the page forward/backward links, at least.

I have never seen her show or used one of her cookbooks, but she certainly seems popular among our membership and it seemed like an interesting thing to try. Is one of her older books more challenging @aj12754?
