Easy - frozen tots baked and topped with crumbled bacon and lots of shredded Colby Jack. I didn't drizzle with sour cream.

This was part of our 2014 Christmas Eve appetizers and they were delicious. I couldn't find just fontina cheese when I went shopping so I got a bag of mixed Italian Cheeses which had fontina in it. I used baby bella mushrooms for stuffing.

A great lighter version of Salisbury steak. I only used the onion in the meat mixture since son doesn't care much for fried onions. On the other hand all three of us love mushrooms so I used extra baby bella ones. Great work night meal with mashed potatoes...

These a wonderful. A hit with hubby, son and myself. Loved the extra sharp in this dish. I served with some green beans and Christy Jordan's House Autry Pork Chops. Great, easy, fast supper.
