Made this with some matcha green tea noodles I had on hand and it certainly is quick and easy. I halved the sriracha and it was spicy enough for us. I found it a bit lacking in umami so I added extra soy sauce. A good quick meal, worth tinkering with the sauce; will probably repeat at some point.
