This was really good. Several ingredients but fast and easy to prepare. A little spicy, just like we enjoy. A meal in a bowl which was tasty and colorful. One ingredient I enjoy adding to dishes that surprised me in this dish was edamame. This recipe calls for flank steak which I couldn't find so I substituted some beef that was already cut for stir fry. This saved me the step of slicing the meat and made this a great work night meal.
