Recipe Review

I made this pretty strictly according to the recipe and did not like it at all. The only difference in my preparation was the cheese - I used a cheddar made with stout beer. We didn't like the look or taste of this dish. And, I couldn't think of any changes to make to improve it (and that's rare).
