This was very good but a bit spicy, which most of us like. In our area we get chipotles in adobo sauce in either 7 or 12 oz sizes instead of 11 oz. So I went ahead and used the 12 oz size. When I shredded my pork I mashed up the onions and chipotles and mixed them back into the sauce. I got both tortillas and buns to give my family a choice and offered up plenty of toppings. I will make this one again. Next time I'll make some guacamole also, since my sister and daughter thought it would also be good and I agreed. I had planned to get an avocado but they didn't look very good this week and were also pricey.
