This was a great main dish salad. I served it with beef and turkey sliders. In the note by the author it says the salad is like a burger and fries without the beef so I thought it would go well with the burgers. Even hubby who thought the salad sounded crazy enjoyed it. Grape tomatoes were priced crazy when I made this salad so I used chopped roma instead.
