Recipe Review

This was a very yummy dip. I think I liked this better than traditional pimiento cheese spread. I did substitute actual pimientos for the roasted red pepper that were called for, which gave it more zing.

I so want this book. Daughter and I ate at Tupelo Honey Cafe a couple years ago when we attended a bread festival in Asheville. It was delicious. Thanks so much for reviewing this recipe. I love pimento cheese and can't wait to try this one.

Southerncooker--I just got this and I am planning to cook a lot out of it very shortly. I will say that it is a beautiful cookbook to look at and I also love the restaurant. And this pimiento cheese dip is super-fast and super-easy, a really nice recipe.
