I made this slurry for the Sticky Buns and it was very good. It was very easy to make. It seemed a bit thicker than the other slurries, so I added a little more butter to thin it out.
I cut the recipe to 1/3 since I was using it on only 1/3 of the recipe. I wish there was some more information in the recipe about whether the recipe should be scaled if scaling the Sticky Buns because this slurry burned before the buns got a chance to cook.
I did not get a chance to taste this slurry on the Sticky Buns because it burned before the Buns finished cooking.
