Recipe Review

Next time I'd halve the quantity of rosemary as it overpowered with 2 teaspoons of it. The suggestion is to top it with a dollop of cranberry sauce and I can sure see that would be reminiscent of the way I eat Indian food, with a sort of chutney on the side to balance out the flavors.
Recipe is easily halved, and freezes well. Since I live alone, this works for me. I make a half batch, put half away for a rainy day and I'm golden.
