Very good! This dish is a bit more involved than most in this cookbook - lots of vegetables to chop, meat to cube, brown separately, etc. But the final result is worth it.
A few notes:
The recipe calls for canned tomatillos. These are hard to find - we substituted fresh (which I cooked separately), and that worked well.
Also - the recipe says it serves 20, but our group of 12 was left a bit hungry. We did have several teenage boys, but still, serving 20 is optimistic.
Don't forget the salt and tortillas.
