Recipe Review
Jayme from Vancouver, BC
These were super yummy! Lots of flavour and very moist. They came out a little soft so next time I will up the bread crumbs and gluten. These would be great in a bun, but I had them with a spicy sour cream sauce I made, similar to the one from the blog post.

Wow! That's so cool that you made these! I'm glad you liked them Jayme.

I just had another one for breakfast. Yum! With some more plantains, but I tried them green this time and I agree with you, not my favourite. I have one more left that I will let get nice and dark.

I'm going to make the croquettes for guests tomorrow. I get very nervous with my own recipes but you have given me confidence that someone apart from my family will like them.

Oh, and I'm having major issues with commenting on my blog and other people's blogs. I keep getting booted out when I try so I apologise for not responding to your comments there. Your blog is great too, I looked at it the other day.

My blog that I haven't even posted on yet! It's a collabrative effort, but I'm having technical difficulties. Thanks though!

Thank you! It's all Stacy's design. She is good at stuff like that.
How did your croquettes go over?

They loved them! Even their two year old ate one. I was so happy! And I haven't forgotten about the sauce. I plan on posting the recipe on my blog soon, I just don't have a good photo yet.
