I actually didn't taste of this one. I made it for hubby and son-in-law since hubby doesn't like chicken and daughter and I were having the chicken satay p.194. Son-in-law ate both. They both said they liked it and would eat it again. It was a very easy marinade-- red onion, a little lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
Only takes an hour to marinate then about 5 minutes each side on the grill.
I used sirloin steak instead of lamb. I just realized I left the b off lamb and don't know how to fix that.
