These are ok, but the fresh peaches make the cookie very soggy at the outset. You must refrigerate them after baking them or you will have a moldy mess the next day. The cookie that surrounds the peach bits is too soft and insubstantial to stand up to the chunky peach bits. The cookie is also very sweet and has no definite flavor characteristics. It's just like delicious peaches ruined by an incorrect dough globbed around them. I gave it a rating of "fair" because you can eat them; they are edible. But I won't make them again.
