Another way to use squash!

Local CSA box onions, garlic, local sausage - in our local CSA box patty pan and zucchini squash, and thyme from my garden. I also added a bit of left-over brown rice, and panko for the bread crumbs.

This is an odd recipe - Deb poached the stuffed squash in many cups of hot olive oil. I used her alternate - and more conventional - cooking approach - the oven.

These were OK, but I think my family is pretty tired of squash.
