Oh no...not for us. About a 10 minute dish to throw together but much too peppery for us. Even though I suspect that my pepper was too finely ground, I still think this is too much heat. I much prefer the pasta alla gricia in this same cookbook ... peppery but not so hot you need an asbestos palate. Sigh.
At least the appetizer (Emeril's Eggplant Crostini) and side salad were delicious and filling.
