Although this was good it tasted like it needed a little something more. This recipe was from the big batch section of this magazine. In the big batch recipes you use some of the leftovers to make another meal. I'm planning on using some of the mac and cheese to make the baked tomato casserole on page 53. Hoping this will add that something the mac and cheese needed. The other recipe you could choose to make with the leftovers was Sausage and Spinach Alfredo.
