Very good, at least as long as you enjoy lots of melted cheese and don't mind it being on the oily side of things - and we didn't even add that last bit of extra oil at the end! You could probably easily also serve it as an appetizer for 6 or even 8 if you served it with a few slices of baguette (or more in style: ciabatta).
