Hmm, I don't know. I had expected this to be something special, but somehow it was just.. nothing at all. Not really sweet, not really savoury, just something a bit undefined. I think using some honey might help, and would also emphasize the flavour of the pears though I would be careful not to make it too sweet. The rosemary came through fine; it was probably too much sour cream. The gorgonzola melted and ran off the pizza; it might help placing the pizzas in small tartlet pans to prevent that from happening. We'll try them again tomorrow, let's see how that goes.
